Paul Joseph Kilday (1900-1968) was born in Sabinal, Texas, and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He attended St. Mary's College. Kilday was elected representative of the 20th Congressional District of Texas in the U. S. House of Representatives and later served as a judge on the U. S. Court of Military Appeals.
